Accessibility
At Dr Julia Sen, our team is committed to making our services accessible to everyone. Whether or not you use the internet or need additional support to attend an appointment, we can offer alternative ways to communicate or arrange a more suitable clinic location to ensure your experience is as smooth, inclusive, and stress-free as possible.
We believe everyone should be able to access high-quality care in a way that feels comfortable and manageable for them. We understand that not all patients have access to – or feel confident using – the internet or digital communication. Please don’t worry if you’re not online. Our services are not dependent on digital access. One of our friendly team members will be happy to call you personally to arrange appointments, answer any questions, and ensure you receive any information you need. We are also able to send clinical letters by post and can communicate via phone or text message if you do not use email.
Digital Accessibility Policy
We are committed to offering alternative methods of communication for patients who do not use digital platforms. If you would prefer to speak with us over the phone or receive postal correspondence we’ll always be happy to accommodate your needs.

Rest assured, your access to our services will not be impacted in any way by your choice of communication.
Physical Accessibility Policy
Please note that our current clinic facilities may not be suitable for patients requiring mobility assistance due to our access stairs.
However, we are more than happy to arrange an alternative venue where our clinical services can be provided in a more accessible environment. Have a chat with our team about your requirements and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
