Revitalise Your Skin With Dermal Filler Treatments
Dermal fillers are a popular non-surgical treatment designed to restore volume and smooth the skin. As we age, the natural production of collagen and elastin declines, which can result in lines and volume loss, especially around the face. Dermal fillers help to counteract these effects, leaving you with a more youthful and refreshed appearance.
Dermal fillers are injected beneath the surface of the skin to add volume and fullness. As we get older our natural collagen and elastin diminishes, leaving us with resting lines and volume loss.
We use only high-quality dermal fillers containing hyaluronic acid (HA), a substance naturally found in our skin. This ensures a more natural and safe outcome. We avoid products with bio-active ingredients that can be difficult to remove should adjustments ever be needed.
How Long Do Results Last?

The effects of dermal fillers are visible immediately, with results lasting up to nine months as the body gradually breaks down the HA. Since hyaluronic acid attracts water, the volume may continue to improve in the days following your treatment. For the best outcome, we often slightly underfill during the initial procedure and offer top-up treatments after a few weeks if needed.

Injection Procedure
Dermal filler injections are administered in a clinic setting. Your skin will be thoroughly cleansed and local anaesthetic cream applied to reduce any discomfort. This is left to take effect for at least 20 minutes. There may be still be some stinging during injection. If you experience pain, it should be reported immediately.

Injections should not be administered for two weeks after dental surgery or vaccination as there is evidence that these may increase the risk of infection or inflammatory reaction, respectively. It is also advisable to avoid alcohol for 24 hours and aspirin/anti-inflammatory medication for two weeks prior.
