What is Threadlift?
Threadlifts are a non-surgical way of creating lift in soft tissues in the face which may have descended with time. The threads are inserted through tiny holes in the skin and threaded through the soft tissues, adjusted and tightened to lift and create a more youthful facial contour.
The threads are made of a biodegradable material which is broken down by the tissues; in doing so, new collagen production is stimulated which helps to prolong the effect of the threads.
Non-surgical facelifts such as Threadlifts have been steadily increasing in popularity in recent years because although the effects are less dramatic, they are cost-effective, minimally invasive and incur fewer risks and shorter downtime compared with surgical facelifts.
Threadlifts can be repeated at one to two year intervals as required and are often combined with other therapies for optimal results
